Okay, let us discuss these results and make the drawings with some added discussion too:

- Ampicillin discussion:

We can clearly observe how the addition of ampicillin produced a decreased bacterial growth, the number of colonies in this plate is lower for sure compared to the No amp plate. Ampicillin is an antibiotic, so it will kill any bacteria that does not have specific resistance to it. These results were expected.

- Drawings:

O . No Amp

First drawing: There are independent colonies all along the plate, they are not even near to form a saturated cloudy growing pattern due to being to few. There is no color variation.

Plus Amp

Second drawing: This plate is not showing the cloudy saturated pattern neither but it does has a larger number of colonies. The largest concentration of colonies is indicated in the drawing by a large grey dot. A lower concentration occurs at the plate's edges. There is no color variation.
