Education can bring remarkable changes in the society. Education can transform society by offering resources and experiences to respond to the emerging needs of the changing society. Since 2008, there has been great interest in education in Ghana, especially in the urban areas of the country. It is a situation that has led to the development of many successful vocational training programs. Ghana has a strong educational base with students' educational achievements increasing over the years. The country is endowed with many qualified teachers and scientists. In 2012, Ghana started its 'Educational Revolution with Ghana Declaration', which aims to transform the education system equipped with modern facilities. This declaration defines the role the education sector should play in the development of Ghana and the vision that government and educators share, to create a society with the quality of public education that Ghana deserves. In Ghana, teachers become vital partners in transforming their students' lives. Educators who have strong relationships with students begin to build true relationships, not only with those students themselves, but also with their parents, teachers' spouses, and the community. Teachers nurture the development of these invaluable relationships through mutual support, analysis, and constructive criticism. Educating the youth has led to the development of a number of social initiatives which is currently being used for a number of social, health and economic-economic objectives. Education in Ghana is also the most important social institution in the modern Ghanaian society. This is because of education which acts as the means of managing socio-economic and political life and has been instrumental in driving the transition from poverty and savagery to social peace. Another aim of education in Ghana is to channel youth out of the streets, escape from social ills and improve their lives. It is accomplished in a holistic manner through creating programs of youth empowerment and teaching them the society's work patterns.
