There are many laws in the sexual offense that should be repelled.
- It is found that on complaint by the victim, the suspect is arrested and the trial goes for long time.In most of the cases the convicts are proved to e innocent. But till he is not proved innocent he is not granted bail. But when he is released as innocent there is no system to punish the complainant and there is no system of recovery his social and individual dignity. It is really bad and such system should be repealed as it opposes human rights.
- It also appears that the names of the sexual offenders are registered in the crime websites and even after the serving of penalty the same records appear in the websites. It really hampers his social and family life and he is forced to do crime again. Such system should be repealed.
