The correct option is (2).

For a Si transistor, we know that VBE = 0.7 Volt

We can write VBE = VB - VE

But given that VE = 1.8 Volt

So, VB = VBE + VE = 0.7 + 1.8 = 2.5 Volt

The current I2 = VB / RB2

Given that RB2 = 25 k

So, I2 = 2.5 / (25 \times 103) = 0.1 mA

As the values of VB and I2 are only matching with option (2), hence we can say that the correct option is (2). Other values can be found out by making suitable assumptions.
