1. If you were an employee what type of commission plan would you like to get? Explain why that would be the one you would want.

2. If you were a manager what type of commission plan would you like to give to your employees ? Explain why that would be the one you would give to your employees?

3. Do the commission plans for question one and two match? Why or why not?

Answer

1) as an employee I would like to get a commission plan based on my performance. Because, I trust my capabilities and in sales field it is important to generate Business and to meet monthly targets and to exceed them. I do have selling experience and right skills to comply the standards, for exceeding targets and getting clients. Therefore, a commission plan based on performance and Target will helps me to grow.

2) as a manager I would provide performance based Commission plan for my employees. Because, that will keep them motivated and make them meet their targets for enhancing business. They will feel no discrimination and also have clear idea about their work efforts and their rewards.

3) yes, the commission plan for questions one and two dis matcg because, my perception towards employee as a manager and also as an employee itself are same. I consider the employer and also the work requirements, that should be met with a right compensation.
