1. Intellectual property is defined in the context of one's creativity . It is a kind of intangible asset/property that one uses in order to come up with new innovations/ideas in their respective field that is result of his/her own research, hardwork and diligence.
Now-a-days, ethical concerns are so central to use of intellectual property pertaining to the fact that it is an offence to use someone else's work and foundations without his/her prior permissions or acceptance. People tend to often cheat on the information gathered from someone else's findings and coin them as their own inventions which is not fair on the part of the person who actually owns the parenthood of that. Giving proper credit for that is a must before using someone's intellectual property, be it any major discovery or a pathbreaking finding or just a mere solution to a problem whose solution has been seek through from the past.
