Anyone an expert in SolidWorks and can recreate this in Solidworks into a file? My sketch keeps coming up as underdefined and the extrusion is all wrong. Please Help.

Would be extremely appreciate if you could make a SolidWorks file so that I can look over what I was making a mistake in.
