c) AbBb offspring is formed from a cross AaBb X AABB, the punnett square is as follows: -

AB	AABB	AABb	AaBB	AaBb
AB	AABB	AABb	AaBB	AaBb

Hence, based the above, An offspring AaBb from the cross between AaBb X AABB is 1/4.

3) As the color-blind allele is linked to the X chromosome and mother is heterozygous for the allele then,

genotype of the mother would be X^bX (as mother has 2X chromosome) and

genotype of the father would be X^bY (as father has single X chromosome)
