Answer- A stop codon in the correct reading frame

Explanation- In the process of translation as start codon initiates translation in the similar way stop codon marks the termination of translation. There are three stop codons UAA, UAG and UGA that recruits release factors that stops translation. These stop codons should be in correct reading frame that means codons are nonoverlapping and so that when stop codons are readed in set of three nucleotides and if they appear as stop codon then only translation termination occurs. This stop codons determines the terminus of protein as no any amino acid is added after stop codon.

☆A poly A tail in correct reading frame- poly A tail does not code for any amino acid and it is one of the modification of mRNA that helps ribosome to leave mRNA during translation termination.
