find a community somewhere in the United States where people cannot access clean/potable water. Where is this community? Why can't the residents of the community access clean water (issue with pipes, water source, etc)? Is there a timeline for fixing this issue? (Can't use Flint Michigan)

I have found two major regions with lack of access of potable water -

1. San Francisco

2. Saint Michael's association for special education

3. Central Valley of California

This community is living in the central parts of the California and the residents do not have access to potable water due to lack of availability of free potable water. This region has lack of water and thus huge water is imported from nearby areas and thus some water does not have good quality for which they have to purchase potable water separately which costs higher and thus excluding low income residents. Since the data is not received yet, no significant work is going on and hence there is no such timeline in the region for completion of the work. Hence due to water source, people here, do not have access to potable water at cheaper rates.
