4. The occurrence of false negatives is very common for the celiac test. This is because, gluten antibodies will only be produced in significant numbers if a person would be having a properly functioning immune system. Only then, there would be good amount of the total number of antibodies. When there is a chronic health condition in the form of celiac disease, the total antibody production is supposed to be low. As a result, the total gluten antibodies will also be low, thus resulting in false negative results.

5. Pregnancy tests would be signed to tell if the urine would be containing the human chorionic gonadotropin hormone. This hormone would be formed only after the attachment of the fertilised egg to the uterine wall. The strip would be containing tante hCG globulin. When some drops of urine are sprinkled on the strip, hCG would be binding the anti hCG globulin, resulting in readable results.
