Need to do this problem in PSpice.. but I am getting 0V.. what am I doing wrong?

you are not doing anything wrong voltage accross R3 is not zero what you seeing in your circuit 0v is DC bias voltage which is 0v for AC circuit to analyse AC circuit you have to do transient or AC analysis in PSPICE as follow

1)PSPICE circuit schematic

G1 GAIN 0.25 R3 R2 R1 C1 1 8 L1 R4 33.81 IOFF 0 AMPL-2 (〉 FREO 0.1592

2)transient simulation setting for voltage across R3

3)simulation result voltage plot across R3

and V0 in pahsor form can be write as form plot figure

V0=240.5mv <180deg
