The scores imply whether the organization is having some issues in its functioning or not. It is important to mention that the variables like family-oriented, helpful mechanism and structure are having 4 and above. This signifies that there are issues with organizational functioning.

The scores in the other variables like the attitude of change, purpose, and leadership are having a score below 4 which means the organization is functioning properly in the aspects of leadership, attitude for change and purpose.
