The professional counselor identity usually refers to exploring and working to integrate the professional values, attitudes, and behaviors that are favored by the counseling community with one's larger identity system. It makes the counselor more focused at achieving the real things in life and making an impact. It is indeed created by one's beliefs and attitudes, values, motives and experiences that shape a person's soul. It is critical path to evaluate a true self of anyone. It is her responsibility to take care of teh client's needs no matter what it takes and be ethically and morally grounded. One has to try being morally rooted in approach and then take any kind of decision. One should follow all the ethics laid by the standard code of law to abide by all these things in life. This will ensure a professional outlook and good results.
