Cytosolic,mitochondrial(but there is also one which is expressed in tumor,stomach, cornea)

2)cytoplasmic which has a higher km

3)mitochondrial which has a lower km

4)in the disorder of ethanol sensitivity, mitochondrial aldehyde dehydrogenase has problem (malfunction)
