Answer #1

It is a high possibility that a Court of law can reverse or change the existing legal provisions with respect to racial discrimination in society according to the sensitivity of a particular case. Such a procedure allowed for a ban on the practice of affirmative action in the states of California and Michigan as it was felt that the favouring racial minorities on grounds of a history of discrimination lack of equal opportunity perpetrated a new kind of dicscrimination against the mainstream communities in the workplaces. Thus, in situations where certain amendments or legislations which although may flavour racial equality can be changed if the court finds evidence that it goes against the larger ideal of justice in civil society.
