Answer #1

Answer:- (B). enzymes located in the lysosomes

Lysosomes are membrane-bound vesicles containing digestive enzymes, including glycosidases, proteases, and sulfatases. Lysosomal enzymes are synthesized in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), transported to the Golgi system and labelled for lysosomes by adding the mannose-6-phosphate label.

Lysosomes are formed by the Golgi apparatus with enzymes inside and budded into the cytoplasm. The enzymes in the lysosome are formed in the rough endoplasmic reticulum, which is then delivered via transport vesicles to the Golgi apparatus.
