Why might the slothful person have difficulty following the methods of Ignatian decision-making? Besides difficulty with uncertainty, what phenomenon identified by Ignatius are they likely to experience? How would this be similar for the habitually envious, vainglorious, greedy, etc.? How is detachment needed in these situations?

An Ignatian decision making person need the quality of indifference where on a person is not attached with anything. A slothful person can never be a person of indifference as he has attachments which prevent him from making Ignatian decission making

The other phenomenon include attachment to material being, unconditional love and trust to be placed in God and to firmly follow the decision at any cost

Detachment is needed in Ignatian retreat for correct decision making as the method is about discernment. Inorder to discern properly a person need to have a clear vision. The habit of envy or greed will prevent proper vision. this issue is needed to be resolved
