1) Good communication skills are the pre-requisite every one looks at as it creates a first impression on the person oppsoite you. It helps you in providing better insights to everyone such that they understand what you wants toh try. Good communication skills does not means that you speaks so fluently like a bullet train but it meant that everything you said is clear to everyone or not. It is helpful for your business because sometimes you have to have some conversation with the clients of the company. If you have to conversate with the client in any case, your communication skills will put all the impression about you and the company. If you can convince client from your soft skills, company would be reliable to you.

2) Communication involves soft communication too which takes into account the facial expression, body movement, hands movement, dressing sense etc. A good communicator fascinates more people towards them as they are better in knowing others what they wants to tell. Good communicator can raise the sales upto very high level, attract the clients and bosses. A better flow of communication among employees will keep the state or work peaceful and less time would be taken to do the work done which raises the efficiency of company.
