As we all know every amino acid have its own specific codons and these codons are present on mRNA(5' --3') protein synthesis begins with start codon ie AUG ( met in eukaryots) and ends with stop codon ie UAG, UAA, UGA so keeping that in mind we will deciphere each codon for amino acid.
