Organizational theories presented in the healthcare system are as follows:

  1. Classical organizational theory:

according to this theory, (in this case health care institute) is machines and humans are part of that machine. The efficiency of the organization system or health care system care can be improved by improving the efficiency of its employees. It focuses on the coordination and specialization of the skills and activities.

  1. Neoclassical organizational theory:

This theory focuses on the socio-psychological and affective aspects of the behavior of people in organizations (in this case health care system). the situation within the organization can be seen in economic, social, technical terms. etc.

  1. Modern Organization theory:

It is the amalgamation of the important concepts of the classical model with behavioral soccer and social science within the organization (in this case health care system). according to this theory healthcare system as an organization is a system that changes according to the variations in the environment external and internal factors. This theory can be understood by two different approaches:

  • contingency approach.
  • system approach.
