The answer is c which is only bacteria containing the plasmid will grow. It is because due to presence of ampicillin resistance gene in plasmid makes the bacteria resistant against ampicillin and presence of ampicillin containing medium acts as selective growth medium which means it only allows or select a particular type of microbe to grow which has a particular type of character. Here, this character is the presence of ampicillin resistance gene.
