Answer :-

Population Health Behavior -  As per the definition given by WHO, "health as a state of complete physical,

mental and social well being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity". The population health concept

represents change in the focus from the individual level, characteristics of most mainstream medicine. From the

perspective of population health, health has been defined not simply as a state free from disease but as "the

capacity of people to adapt to, respond to or control life's  challenges and changes".

Community Health Behavior - According to WHO the community health can be defined as

"environmental, social and economic resources to sustain emotional and physical well being among people in ways

that advance their aspirations and satisfy their needs in their unique environment."  The community health concept

tends to focus on a defined geographical community, characteristics often examined using GIS software and public

health data-sets which is the demographic data.

The success of community health programs relies upon the transfer of information from health

professionals using one to one or one to many communication i.e, mass communication. The occurrence of medical

interventions in communities can be classified into three categories - Primary Healthcare, Secondary Healthcare and

Tertiary Healthcare.
