A) D is showing leading strand as leas it's showing continous movement toward 5'----->3' end as replication fork open or move on on left side.

B) DNA polymerase, DNA gyrase DNA topoisomerae, RNA primer

C) C end will have tellomeric end which extend by enzyme telomerase which extend terminal end.
