The answer is option 30%

If the molar percentage of thymine in a double stranded DNA is 20 then adenine is also 20, after adding these two it is 40 so the remaining 60 has to be cytosine and guanine and since they have to be in a ratio of 1:1 , G and C will be in a ratio of 30 each.
