Answer-

According to the given question-

(4) Ribosomes - Ribosomes are made up of ribonucleic acid (RNA) and proteins and are responsible for protein synthesis. ribosomes have two subunits. In prokaryotes carry 70S ribosomes which is made up of 30 S and 50 S subunit while in eukaryotes have 80S ribosomes which is mede up of 40 S and 60 S subunit.  some ribosomes are present in the cytoplasm of cell while some are attached to the Endoplasmic reticulum. The free flowing ribosomes of cytoplasm and the bounded ribosomes of endoplasmic reticulum have same structure and responsible for protein synthesis.

So the correct answer for the question is (B) Thesre is no difference between the ribosomes producing secretory proteins and those producing cyosolic proteins.

(5) According to the question a synthetic vesicle which is made up of pure phospholipid have 1 mM glucose and 1 mM sodium chloride and later placed in the water. we know that the concentration of solute inside the vesicle is very high because it have glucose and sodium chloride compared to the outside where only water if present or in other word we can say that the concentration inside the vesicle is higher compared to the outside which created a concentration gradient that causes rapid movement of water from outside to inside the vesicle.

So the correct answer is (C) Water diffuses in

    10. Write a one-page summary of the attached paper? INTRODUCTION Many problems can develop in activated sludge operation that adversely affect effluent quality with origins in the engineering, hydraulic and microbiological components of the process. The real "heart" of the activated sludge system is the development and maintenance of a mixed microbial culture (activated sludge) that treats wastewater and which can be managed. One definition of a wastewater treatment plant operator is a "bug farmer", one who controls the aeration...
