P² + Q² + 2pq = 1 and p + q = 1.

Where,

P² = frequency of homozygous individuals having allele 1

Q² = frequency of homozygous individuals having allele 2

q = frequency of allele 2 = 10% = 0.1

So, p = 1 - q = 1 - 0.1 = 0.9
