Ans: the green algae

This is because green algae are the members of kingdom Plantae that have chloroplast in which chlorophyll a and b pigments are present, which is similar to the chloroplast found in higher plants. The green algae is green in color due to the presence of chlorophyll pigments because of which they are able to perform photosynthesis by trapping the solar energy and release oxygen by photolysis of water. Other options are not applicable since chlorarachniophyte and cyanobacteria doesn't belong to kingdom plantae and plant nucleus is not a suitable option.
