The ethidium bromide stock solution concentration is 10g/L based on working concentration 10mg/ml

Based on gel electrophoresis we have to had working concentration will be 150ml * 0.5 ul=75ul we have to add and make up to final volume 150ml.

150*0.5 ul=75 ul
