It is a Mycobacterium tuberclosis (T.B) symptoms. Patient can be treat by Ethambutol or Rifampin antibiotics.

Patient  had chills, was tired all the time, and had no appetite. After almost a month of night sweats, chest pain, persistent cough, and losing about 30 pounds

Bloody sputum can come from common forms infection in lungs and airways such as acute bronchitis or Pneumonia.
