Option B is correct i.e " The two cells have the same genome but are experssing different genes".

Explanation

By looking at the cells under a microscope we cannot say that the genetic material or genome is different between two cells and if they are from the same human then it should have same genome so we can say that two cells have same genome because they are from same individual.

Both the cells eukaryotic no one is prokaryotic.

Two cells from the same individual even they have genome, they can look different if they are from different sites or with different properties of the human body for example: one is macrophage immune cell other one is neutrophill both the cells have distinct morphology but they shares same genome but the expression of genes is different from each other.
