Answer #1

Answer:-

Role of t cell in humoral immunity :-

TH1 cells activate macrophage microbicide properties and induce B cells to make IgG antibodies that are very successful in opsonizing extracellular pathogens for phagocytic cell uptake. By activating naive antigen-specific B cells to produce IgM antibodies, TH2 cells initiate the humoral immune response.

Role of t cell in cell mediated immunity :-

T lymphocytes, also called T cells, are the mediators of cell immunity. Their name refers to the organ they derive from: the thymus. Such form of immunity facilitates the death of phagocyte living bacteria, or the killing of infected cells to destroy infection reservoirs.
