During fetal development during period pregnancy there is several opening in the wall dividing the upper chambers of the heart .These usually closed during pregnancy time. And from this whole increase the amount of blood circulation flow.if who s have congenital the can survive.

Hypertension pationt advised salt intake because of salt reduces functioning of kideny and also reduce ability of osmoregulation . The intake Salt rises the amount of Sodium in bloodstream .hence advised to Hypertension pationt to intake limit of Salt.
