1.) In the cytosol. The mature mRNA is transcribed inside the nucleus of the cell. And after it, the mRNA goes to the cytosol of the cell where process of translation takes place.

2.) Ribosome. Translation is carried out in structures called ribosomes which are made up of RNA and protein. Ribosomes has the center at which they catalyze the reaction and joins amino acids to make the peptide chain which make proteins.

3.) tRNA or Transfer RNA is a type of RNA which helps in decode the mRNA. tRNA have specific function in bringing amino acids to the ribosomes.
