The body of earthworm is composed of segments called annuli. Each annulus (except first, last and clitellum segement) is covered with S-shaped setae which helps them for locomotion and to dig the earth. They have hydrostatic skeleton and lack exoskeleton. They are schizocoelomic.

In spider, the body is divided into two sections or segments, known as tagmata. Spiders have a variety of hair-like structures of increasing sizes, referred to as bristles or setea. Spiders are coelomates like other arthropods. The coelom is reduced to small areaa around the reproductive and excretory system.

So, option A is correct that says both earthworm and spiders are segmented and have coelom.
