Name of stage - Anaphase.

Structure 1 chromatid / chromosome

Structure 2 peri centriolar area

Structure 3 spindle fiber / mitotic spindle

Structure 4 centriole

In anaphase sister chromatids separate. So we can call them chromatid or chromosome at this stage.

Centriole is centre point of spindle formation.

The area around is pericentriolar region or pole.

Each fiber is mitotic spindle.
