Review two project management software tools available in industry. Provide an overview of each software and decide if you will use either of the software for projects throughout the course and why. If you decide to use the software, what challenges, if any, do you foresee with using it? If you have used any of the software before, please share your experience and any tips you may have.

The two software are intelligent talent management system also known as saba and the Microsoft project manager. The Intelligent Talent Management System is a software which enables one to manage projects such as the human department in managing and developing employees. The software does more than that in that it can assist the human resource manager to review the organizations compensation system as well as employees retention. In addition, the software is capable of indicating if there is an employee at risk of departing as well as the overall cost of replacing such an employee.

Furthermore, the software provides the human resource manager with an opportunity to study the succession patterns in order to target the organizational stars. Moreover, the software provides the employees with access to training as well as documentation.On the other hand, the Microsoft Project Manager is an excellent software for scheduling as well as reviewing of projects. The software allows users to understand the span or duration of the entire project and also provides one with heads up in case the project is lagging behind or going late.

In addition, the Microsoft Project Managers assist in describing each activity as well as the duration of each task or activity. The software is also excellent in providing a room for updating the project information. The two software are excellent in their work. In my construction project, I would prior to use the Microsoft Project Manager as it could assist in scheduling and manning the entire project from start to finish time. The only disadvantage with this system is that it require technical expertise thus making it hard to be used by the common man. Therefore, when using it one might be forced to hire an expert in Microsoft Project Manager which is an additional cost to the project.
