In the time of summer season the electrolyte shifts takes place in the athletes due to excessive temperatures and body work. The shifts of fluids and electrolytes occur as the fluids comes out of Intracelluar fluid due to the said factors, the persons experience the feeling of excessive thirst, giddiness and more

2. The fluid balance disorders experiences by athletes in the warm weather are Hypovolemia ( Decreased water content ) in the body, Hyponatremia ( Decreased sodium levels ) in the body, hyper sweating, and more occurs due to prolonged periods of physical activity in warm temperature.
