Problem solving and critical thinking means to use knowledge and information effectively to solve the problems.

Example: If there is frequent line breakdown problem, person does the line observation to understand and identify the root cause of the issue. Then basis the knowledge action is taken to sort out the issue and ensure the breakdown doesn't repeat

Professionalism means possessing the desired skill or competency which is expected out from a professional.

Example: If there is any new project, a person must show professionalism by following the process to ensure proper implementation. It involves chalking out detailed plan, formation of team, listing down each activity, arranging for resources etc.
