Pathophysiology of CVA ( cerebrally vascular accident) it is also know as cerebrally vascular stroke or brain attack,: it is caused by sudden stopage of blood supply to the brain , it may be partial or complete block of blood supply of cerebral blood vessels by thrombosis or embolisms or hemorrhage , these blocks can occur in the the extradural, or beneath the duramater, in the subarachnoid space or within the brain, the factors of the causing of this stroke may be transient ischemic attacks and the factors for the causing of the CVA are may be due age and gender , smoking, occupation( increased stress, increase oxygen demand, and fat intake ( fat embolism in the blood vessels) etc
