1. Agile – He must always be adaptive and not stick to one thing as circumstances change very rapidly in the airlines industry.

2. Multi-Tasker – He must be able to take up various tasks.

3. Organised – To be able to manage soo many individuals, and such varied tasks, one needs to be organised. One must know the order of priority of each task to be able to enhance output

4. Good at follow up – One must be very good at follow ups. He must be able to tract all kinds of changes at all times for which constant follow up is necessary.

5. Experienced – With some previous experience, he can be more effective and efficient.
