Adding vinegar, mustured and adding lemon to daily food is beneficial.

Vinegar contains high amount of acetic acid , help in increased absorption of Calcium, help in preventing diabetes, it is also use as low fat additives in salad.

Mustered is good source of various trace elements in food. Useful in preventing asthma and arthritis symptoms. And also has been proved to prevent cancer.

Lemon is direct source of Vitamine C.
