[1] Better relationships with fellow researchers

[3] Talk positively – One should talk positively about others, particularly about the fellow researchers, with every one of them, including the supervisor. [4] Encourage other individuals' work - This is the real key to progress while building solid connections. One must realize how to successfully deal with and thrive out of this circumstance. This will eventually frame a closer, more prominent and more profound bond with the fellow researcher and will enable the relationship to bloom.

[2] Better prevention of duplication of effort

Duplication of effort happens when more than one anticipates to unnecessarily actualizing comparable activities which emerge frequently due to poor information from the board and insufficient coordination of tasks, resulting in inefficiency. To avoid duplication of effort one needs to - [1] Keep everything together - It's difficult to refer to past work when it's stored in a significant number of various spots. Be that as it may, if everything gets put into a business note, anybody in the group can utilize it. Having that sort of transparency prevents duplication. [2] To have proper research - before referring to others past work one needs to do proper research, regardless of whether the work was done years prior or made by somebody who is no longer with the organization. Copied work is disappointing and tedious, yet with a little thinking ahead the team can skip beginning from scratch preparation and get directly to the great stuff.

[3] Better Fostering of Teamwork

Teamwork is a basic component of a productive and sustaining workplace environment condition. Regardless of whether it is a petite activity or a major one, teamwork’s can do wonders. Without powerful teamwork, the establishment of business can never be productive. That’s why most teams are struggling to get accurate relations, appropriate interactions, and correct strategy. Thus, their achievement depends on these variables - [1] Make the right roles for the team of personnel’s – skill disparity can have enormous effect resulting in a major failure. [2] One need to understand every team personnel – a unique attribute must be created with the members of the team. This makes the bond more grounded and creates trust which is critical in a team. Hence, providing shared respect by making a sound connection with the person in the team. [3] Set a few rules for collaborating together - one has to set a few principles and guidelines for each team to do the correct teamwork. These guidelines ought to guarantee quality outcomes and operate in a timely manner. Life-cycle possible outcomes focus on alleviating the issue where project managers aren’t requesting for stage financing, rather requesting assets for the entire activity before the genuine scope of the project is known. Thus, these reasons can also be applied to Product Life-Cycle Phases other than R & D as the objective of the phase’s aims at providing project managers with the predictable outcomes of executing a particular project by building positive relations with fellow project members, by supporting other individuals of the team and by avoiding duplication of effort. Hence, generalizing standards for the project through – [1] Planning procedures for project development and execution. [2] Estimating the time, staffing and material requirements.
