There must be a convenient and easy way to enter and retrieve information of the patient's health in the information systems. This will make sure that the prompt treatment is provided to the patients as the health information can be fed promptly in the system. One has to also make sure that there are no errors while entering the data due to ease of use of the system. A lot of time can also be saved and more attention can be given to the patient.
The information system should also ensure the easy data transfer between the different health practitioners that will support the treatment of the patient by any other health care provider as the patient information can be provided to the new healthcare practitioner through this information system.
