The articles that he read on job performance frequently mentioned four variables are important to job performance such as skill required to the job, rewards, motivation and satisfaction. In several of the articles it was also indicate that only if the rewards were attractive to the recipients and they got motivated, satisfied and the performance also increased, not otherwise. Given the above situation, answer the following questions

1)The research problem is "LOW LEVEL OF EMPLOYEES".

2)The variables are skills,reward,job satisfaction,motivation.Training.

3)The two hypothesis:

If the required skill for the given job is being given or training for the specific job type will be given .Will that increase the level of the employees?

If the reward is being increased will the employees be motivated enough to give their 100 percent and show enthusiasm in achieving targets?

4) Expectation of current employees:

1)What is job specification?

2)What will be the remuneration?

3)How the objective are set?

4)How the team is being formed?

5)What are the non monetary benefits?

6)What are the monetary benefits?

7)How the skills will be imparted?

8)How promotion will be effected?

9)What are the different opportunities available?

10)Whats the culture being followed in the organization?

11)A employee expect to have a work life balance.How will it be managed?

12)A regular feedback is also required by employee?
