Increased core temperatures is thermoregulation of the body. The body detects the increase temperature through a sensory receptors which is known as thermoreceptors of the body. These thermoreceptors sends sensory stimulus to the Central nervous system about the increased core temperatures.

So the central nervous system reaches the hypothalamus. As a response to the stimuli the hypothalamus regulates the body temperature by sending signals to the body. In increased temperature as a response the hypothalamus sends a signal to cool down by enhancing or stimulating sweating and Vasodilatation.

Decreased blood pressure:

The change in blood pressure is detected by the baroreceptors in the heart. When there is decreased blood pressure the stretch of baroreceptors is less which will reduce the firing of baroreceptors. And a detected change by the baroreceptors sends stimuli to cardiovascular center of medulla oblongata which will trigger a baroreceptor reflex to maintain the body's homeostasis.

So in the lower blood pressure as a response the sympathetic nervous system activated and it increases the cardiac output and results in vasoconstriction, peripheral vessels stimulation which will indirectly increase the blood pressure.
