In the volatile environment of business, leaders find new ways to manage the change in their organizations. There are many change initiatives adopted by organizational leaders in different areas such as cultural change, behavioral change, structural change, technology change, etc. Imagine yourself as a leader of an organization, and explain how do you manage the change in your organization.

As a leader it is very important for me to understand what chnage is necessary in what areas, how it can be implemented and how it's influence can be managed. It is very difficult to bring change and make arrangements for its implementation and also make the members embrace it by reducing resistance. Change or development can be brought in areas viz, behaviours, structure of the organisation, culture, technology, etc. Which is necessary to keep the business competitive. These changes comes with greater challenge because, it may disturb the routine and habitual activities of the employees and bring lot fear and anxiety leading to opposition and resistance. Structural change brings lot of Chaos of proper management and arrangements are not done. Likewise, other changes also impacts the operations, working patterns and employees behaviour.

To manage change managers and leader's lead be proactive and plan the change in a manner with all the resources and arrangements considered in it. The important thing in change management is to communicate the purpose and involve the members in the change process so that they can understand it's benefits and feel valued. When they are given opportunity to participate and share their thoughts they will be easy to manage and they can also support the implementation. Training can also helps to make the employees ready for change viz, forced by technology, new process methods, etc. Motivation and support with all facilities will also helps to keep the employees secured and satisfied. By involving these all aspects one can effectively bring and manage the change in any area of the business organisation
