4.11) Design the circuit in Problem 4.10a to send A + 1 to B when C = 1.

This is Problem 4.10a.

There are two 4-bit registers A and B, built out of JK flip-flops. There is a control signal C. The following operations are needed: If C = 0, set the content of B to 1. If C = 1, send the content of A to B. Draw the circuit to perform these functions
