✓ sustainability concept focus on three main elements, profits, people and planet. Profits for the organisation, people here are the society and the community whose rights and health are major concern and need to be protected and planet, I,e; to save and protect the environment and nature.

There are various ways which can be implemented to promote sustainability and encourage ethical values. Organisations can focus on being corporate citizens, and they must include social responsibilities in their priorities. The leaders or managers of the companies play an important role in achieving sustainability. They lead and manage the important resources to bring revenue, to satisfy customers wants and to provide harmless Products for the people.

The organisational servant leadership need to focus on its production process and use renewable energy, promote greenery and keep its Internal customer and members satisfied with fair pay packages and value their efforts. They must promote csr initiative in a real sense for uplifting society and preserving nature. Which enhances companies image and being goodwill. This eventually enhance profitability. They must protect human rights and never harm any member of the firm or people of the community. Organisation need to take care of safety and security norms for the employees and workers, protect their interest, provide good for health products to the customers, don't harm the nature and plant more trees if trees are cut for manufacturing purpose.
