While going to purchase a new car several process customers follow because car is a status product, expensive and most of us purchasing such products once in life that is why we always excited and little more confused but finally we all are purchased.
Need recognition – While living my daily life and performing all the duties and responsibilities of jobs and personal life, as my career is growing, adapting new roles and responsibility and increasing family size now days I am feeling necessity of car that increase my professional life comfort and made my family life easy while going for outing, relative function, official function and upgrade my social status.
Alternative search – According to my budget and family size I will search for different car from different brands like Ford motor, GM, Toyota etc. I will understand my budget and requirement and analyzing the brand offerings.
Alternative evaluation – I will evaluate all the brands offering like features, free maintenance, Airbag facilities, sitting facilities, mileage and luggage , as per family size requirement and my budget size I will evaluate all brands car and their offerings.
Purchasing decision – Finally evaluating all the brands I am finalized to purchase Toyota brand car and I walk to showroom and did all the formalities of purchasing like down payment and finance process. After all I have locked my option and purchase Toyota brand car.
Post purchase evaluation- As I have purchased the Toyota car and using that car for professional and family requirement and while using I am evaluating all the things like car mileage, space, interior, comfort level, servicing expenses, outside look etc, by evaluating all these things I am assuring myself that I did a good deal and happy with my purchasing decision.
